I ordered a product TODO foot massager on 20th Aug. I received the product on 27th Aug.
First time when I used this product, instead of decreasing the pain or any relief, it started giving me pain like anything.
I decided to return the product. Customer services are such pathetic. They even don’t know how to communicate. They gave me false promises 3 times. Yet the product is not returned.
Normally the websites like Homeshop18 provide 14 days of cooling off period. The website like Star CJ only provide 2 days.
GUYS DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM STAR CJ. ITS FAKE FAKE FAKE.
Now I am gonna take legal action against them.
