Be-aware! Star CJ Alive gives defective products! Replacement of defective products is fast, but in replacement you get another defective product. In last 2 weeks, I have called them at least 10 times. Always hear this response "Sir you will get a call back within 24 hrs". customer care team is also very rude. they behave with customer like doormat.

Long call hold keeps irritating the customer .
They dont know about the customer relationship at all.
