I ordered a product Nutriglow facial kit and they sent a wrong product. After caliing 5-6 times I got to know that they did a wrong entry in their system. They placed a wrong order from their side and now are not ready to replace. With no fault of mine I have been given a wrong product and with repeated requests to replace no action is being taken. This is the most ridiculous thing a company can do to its customer. The company can resell the product but it is of no use to me. It is a total loss and I have already spent so much on calling the company number, each call takes minimum 30 mins.
This is a genuine request and the company should understand because nobody has spare time to just keep following up with the replacement request. This kind of treatment would only increase negative feedback and word of mouth to others
