What action can or is being taken?

I have read the reviews and some of them were useful. I happen to have had the same bad experience with a product not being delivered and it being a month. I am still calling them and asking. But the channel is still functional. The online website is still selling products. More and more people are being fooled again and again.


I am wondering how to go about this? Consumer court is packed with cases and I being in the rat race to earn daily bread do not find time to pursue a court case. Hence the idea of online shopping was so appealing!


The brands that are selling with channels like StarCJ I wonder if they are concerned at all? How do we uproot this problem so as to save others from being in the same situation. How is MouthShut going to help. Can this blog help or is it just a website for venting frustration and then forgetting about it!
