My name is Saraswati and I ordered for a combo of 3 salwar suit materials at the price of Rs 1999. I have seen the advertisement on TV. The host was saying that the material is very good quality and had chifon dupatta. I ordered on 23 Aug. 2013. I got my parcel after 3-4 days and paid cash for that. When I opened the parcel I was shocked after seeing the material. They all are of very bad quality (No one will pay Rs 1999 for those).
I immediately called customer care and told them that I didn’t like the material so I want to return that. They said that if you don’t like the product then that is not our responsibility. I said that I like the product that is why I ordered but the material is not the same as told by your host. The dupattas are not chifon, they are 100% polyester. I do so much shopping and I know the difference. There host was saying this again and again that the quality is good but that was not. Also we cant find out by watching on TV that what is the quality, we only trust on those host.
They themselvse told me that the duppatas are from polyester and then they refuse to give me refund. I had this discussion 3 times with different people but they said sorry each time. This is a fraud with all customer if we are not getting what they are telling us on TV. They disconnect calls in between the discussion I had. This is very very frustrating.
Please could you help me to get my refund.
