I have placed 3 orders with starcj.first was sia jewelry collection which was nice, other was a sari which was ok, although quality could be better.sari was all wrinkled with improper finish. Theirs was zaveri gehna collection which I received in broken state.i immediately cancelled the product and requested a refund. Have been calling for a month everyday for pick up of product. Every time I call I get 3 standard responses:
Seniors r busy on other call
You will get a call back in 1/2/4 hrs time
Don’t worry we will pick up ur product and give refund
Still I haven’t received any call for pick up.after that is done(if at all it happens) I will be fighting another battle for my refund.
I have decided never to buy anything from these guys and would recommend the same to all readers.
