Just few days ago, before Diwali I ordered a beauty product from VLCC worth 1500 Rs which had some products free with it, along with a 2000 rs VLCC voucher.
During the the time of placing the order the executive was very polite and welcoming. However when the product got delivered it had no voucher, and the items seemed compromised in terms of quality. I placed a complaint that very moment and I was promised within a week the voucher would reach me.
However it did not, and when I called them again, they even refused to register the complaint AND DENIED THAT THERE WAS NEVER AN ORDER PLACED BY ME AND THAT I WAS FAKING.THESE ARE HEIGHTS OF LOW MARKET STRATEGIES! YOU LURE CUSTOMERS MAKE THEM PAY AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST STAR CJ TO ANYONE.Its better you go to the stores and buy products, at least there will be an assurity of money well spent.
