Starhealth Insurance company is the worst ever insurance company in India. After continuing 2 years I have not renewed my policy. This is because I have lost my trust on Starhealth. Once it comes to claim settlement you will see their real face. They put on queries on queries to reject your claim. You don’t have any clues. They will find several reasons to not settling your claim.
Within two years I had one claim. After a big struggle almost two months I got only partial payment saying this and that. I was fed up at this pandemic situation. Several times I have to resend the documents. Query is their major weapon. Never take policy from Starhealth. They have appointed such crooks at their claim department specialized in rejecting claims. Don’t get trapped in their sweet words. I am saying from my experience which I will never forget in my whole life.
