I have been a keen follower of this program. Till date all 3 elimination have been somewhat justifiable. A benefit of doubt can be given to the audience where they weigh on Performance Vs Talent. But Toshi’s elimination really brought tears to my eyes. He should have been seen atleast in the top 5. I dont feel that the Audience Vote concept is a futile one. But I believe there could have been better justice done to this concept if the judges giving opinion on the contestants were less BIAS. They are one big source in formulating opinion of the public.
Alka Yagnik and abhijeet have really shown sporty attitude in supporting, putting forth there opinion. Every Jugde has his or her own view but the platform of judgement should be equal for all. The concept of AGNI and PRITHVI has taken a great toll, because this has lead to a silent war and only confused the public, where mind you not every One is connoisseur of music. So cant really blame the public.
All contestants are good. But there should not be unnecessary bragging about contestants of respective teams, pulling legs of some deserving candidates in other teams. If it is Star Voice of India, then atleast the contestants and the judges should not be allowed to speak on behalf of the states being represented by the various candidates. It promotes inflow of SMS’ es but the basic essence "STAR VOICE OF INDIA" is lost way behind.
I was very happy with every concept in Star Voice of India. They have done a good job. Lot better than many other such similar shows. It focused on the talent and to a gr8 extent. But only a little extra effort could have worked. . .
