First of all service is slow, place is crammed and food is not worth the price. I have been to multiple outlets of Starbucks and this is really one of the their not so good outlet.
Placing an order itself is a task and over that waiting for your order to be served is like waiting for Amir Khan’s movie release schedule as all people will be eyeing your place due to lack of seating arrangements. Toilets are not clean and even clearing of table is not fast.
If I am paying the amount for coffee, I do expect some good customer service but it is one of the rude service I have found in this outlet. Coffees are good and some of their Frappes are worth the price but veg sandwiches are not so good.
It have cramped seating arrangement and too crowded. Over that people will be eyeing your seat even when you are having a cup of coffee. Service and order taking so slow, you can go to E square buy a movie ticket and come back and yet order would not be placed.
