Star Bucks have certainly been able to keep up the first Impression of "Creating Star Bucks Experience". I have visited Starbucks, Koramangala, Bangalore for 3 times now, and I must say its quite an outstanding experience.
The staff is very well trained on handling customers and they focus on attention to small details., For eg: Once you order your beverage, they have system to write down your name on the coffee cup and there after they address you by your name if you need any help.
Product display:
Starting from coffee merchandise to eateries every things is showcased in a very unique and appealing way which will surely catch your attention.
Coffee Tasting:
I had visited on weekday and around 1-2pm in the afternoon, during this time the new hires or trainee address the crowd, on how to taste coffee and educate the customer on how the coffee is blended and brewed. (Something which I wasn’t aware even after drinking coffee years for now)
Cons:
Well, if plan to stay at the cafe and work for sometime., may not be the right place for two strong reasons, though they have unlimited internet access, but the internet connection is not trust worthy as you may experience frequent disconnection and its embarrassing to ask the staff for Internet connection for every single time.
Also, they do not have sufficient power sockets where you could charge you tablet or laptop.
