I have been a big of fan of starcj, as they offer cheap and quality product until I get couple of experiences and now proudly says that buy anything from starcj is waste of money.
1.Puma Shoes - I bought them a month ago and how it looks on website is way different then its real look; its very important in online shopping to provide exact picture and presentation of product, but starcj fools people. The Puma Shoes I received is made in India by Lakhani Shoes; so technically I bought Lakhani shoes with Puma logo. :)
- Ambika White embroidery Saree: Bought 20 days back for Rs. 2499 as I like it lot for my wife and it had some freebies coupons so being a greedy human being I order the product. Now 2 issues with this:
a) Delivery : Starcj claimed that it will get delivered in 5-7 working days, but it finally got delivered after 28 days (multiple calls during this time and no positive responses, CC executives talk like fools real fools).
b) Price: It cost me around Rs. 2499 (since I promised to myself that I’ll not buy anything from Stracj), one of my friend found the same saree with same freebies on Starcj at Rs. 1333 after just 10 days of my purchase. Well when I got this news I called them and like I said CC executives and supervisor are fools, they came up with no intelligent answer.
Overall, there are better online shopping portal, but do not buy from Stracj; In India we retailer has way to go to win customer trust for online shopping.
