Really don’t like the way you guys deal with your customers, I tried to call you up for return and refund of my product, which was not upto the expectation, as I imagined. But instead, giving me a return and refund, you guys just made a hell mess for me, and my 5k INR.
I got a call from the complaint department, but they are again the same, not taking the return and refund for me. Instead, they try to connect me to the brand owner, which again is a poor service.
Really disappointed with your service, just wanted to return my product, and get my money back.
