I purchased a combo (kettle+chopper+griller) for 1999 from StarCJ. The product was delivered as per schedule. I was happy. when I opened three items for use 1 item chopper didn’t work at all.
I complained this to the same telephone no. to which I originally ordered the product.
They further gave me another no. to contact to which I tried for 3 days but the no. seems incorrect. I complained again to StarCJ of this. This time they assured me of a call back from their side. And I finally received one call from the other side. This guy from the other side told me that I should not have used the equipment. And since the equipment are used once they cannot be changed and I should contact another no.
I feel sorry that StarCJ once sell doesn’t listen even for the warranty defect that existed at the time of sale.
If you purchase from StarCJ please check the equipment before using it else you might have to run pillar to posts.
