They now have stared new company with name Star Grand Vacation. Website url: stargrandvacation.com. I was looted with Rs. 1 Lakh and not refunded even after couple of months.
Nobody replies to their customer care email or contact number.
If you reach out to some hotels on their website, hotels will deny any collaboration with these people.
The company is just started in January 2024, but they claim they are very old in this field.
Their salespeople would not share any ID. Anything they share is completely fake. Ensure to validate aadhar id on UIDAI portal and you would know.
Their salespeople would rush you to buy the package which is one negative sign. Don’t rush. Wait and decide to not buy.
These salespeople or customer care support contact or email woukd become unreachable once you bought their membership.
They looted around 1 lakh from me and promised to refund but never refunded.
