Starmaker has a whole army with millions of bots (fake accounts) telling people they sing good etc., so their ego gets boosted and they spend more time on the app.
There a countless ways to cheat and get better rankings, it’s very sad. I have seen many people selling and buying followers.
Every little thing needs to be paid for - for example VIP status, gifts etc.
They want you to get hooked to the app and make you addicted. Some people spend 24 hours on the app like addicts. It’s not really about singing, since you can gamble and lose 1000$ and more with games like "Star Treasure" in just a second lol.
Plus there are Families, that put pressure on their members if they join. They ask you to do daily tasks, change name, and stuff like that. Once you’re not active for a few days, the family will kick you out. It’s ridiculous.
Starmaker is a stupid app and has not a lot to do with Karaoke.
Don’t get hooked and spend money there, or else you will become an addict and it will get worse.
