I am riyaz.i am having account in hyderabad branch.The star token NG app is not good for internet banking.whenever I do online transaction I need to use only desktop system.if we need to use desktop, why they have developed app for mobile.The app shows an option to transfer the mony instantly to any account.i have tried this option for many times but never succeeded.They developed the app for their side profits, not to give service to customers.if you have internet banking dont opt for ’star token NG’.once if you selected this option, you never revert to normal internet banking
