My experience with Startupwala BMC Group Pune Maharashtra India is BAD. They take money promising glorified service levels and, once sales is done, hands customers over to some junior operations staff, who do things what even we can do ourselves on government portals. Further, if anything goes wrong during the process, they raise hands and starts giving excuses blaming the government systems and processes.
We had given them an assignment for registering a Trademark and they had messed it up. Further experience followed as stated above.
When I tried to escalate the matter to the directors, found that their escalation ids do not work!
