State bank of India. Our Indian people is like it’s a government bank so its secure but I talk about the services is very pathetic.
Sevice is extremely poor. You need to follow up every day with customer care and they dont even remember the history of your complaint.
You can sense the customer case executive laughing when you get agitated on account of their unprofessional behavior.
Please dont get into the trap. Will never advise anyone to go with this life insurance bank.
