Well Iam sure this doesn’t come as a surprise that SBI is not one of the
better managed banks on the block ....a strange incident happened with me
...i’d withdrawn some money form the SBI atm Lajpat Nagar branch in Delhi
.....three times the actual money drawn was withdrawn from the
bank....surprised to check my balance I contacted the bank.....which was
completely unconcerned about wht has happenned though they admitted it to be
a common failure there was no apology ...and I was made to feel as if it was
my fault ...on top of it we just met arrogant employees who told us to
contact the branch we had our account with ..... thnkfully it happened to be
in delhi only ....as I reached the bank they said that I had to deal with
the bank frm where I hd withdrawn money ..... I was furios ’cause on
returning to the bank again no one wanted to take onus ....the chief manager
was on leave and no one else gave a damn ...it was after hours of wrangling
that I cud figure out a way ....i believe fancy advertising or hiring
management consultants don’t help ....untill u hv a bunch of unconcerned
...relaxed employees ...bringing the whole system down.
Damn the bank ...Mr Purvar?????? sm attention pls.
