State bank of India is a bank which holds maximum of government sector payment account. I am an account holder of this bank and I have good and bad both view.
Advantage:
-Can transfer your account from old location to any of your nearby location by sending an email.
-Online Money transfer can be done till 5000 without OTP.
-Emergency money transfer is available in some location on holidays.
Disadvantages:
-Stand in queue for your turn in Cash counter.
-Holidays can’t do online money transfer, mostly on Sunday.
-Taking 4 hours to add new payee.
-ATM service is bad, always out of service in most location.
