I have experienced around 2 years with SBI and now I am gonna to share my views on it :

1.phone banking : sorry friends I never used this service so I can’t tell you about this but I am sure it will be also super like other services of SBI.

1. ATM service : the only thing for which I choose SBI as their ATM service is outstanding.

   
   




2. Internet banking : fantabulous my friends. It’s easy and quick.

   
   




3. customer service : the only negative point or side I saw in SBI as it’s a very big service and that’s why you can face problem while visiting to you branch.
