Bank plays a very important role in every individual’s life. Because today india is going to become a digital india due to our prime minister narendra modi ji. For digitalization bank should be ready to serve everyone of their customers importantly. because it helps them for making their trust on banks. SBI is a very huge big government bank . so their responsiblities also should be huge but they dont care about that. their service their staff their evreything is ridiculous.
I went last month for making a request for issuing me a checkbook they dont care about how to talk to their customers they think that everyone is slave of them. they dont give the proper instructions to the customer . So I think it should be improved.
