As we know that, state bank of india is the largest bank of india in terms of branches. But, customer service is totally horrible. I have an account in SBI for two years. Everytime when I went to bank to take deposits or to sent deposits to my account, more time is consumed. After all, they want green card, red card etc. Their customer service is worst. For those cashier, a customer is a subject of fun. They do not respect their customers.They say go there, another say go there. Manager do not understand matter. Totally irritating bank service. Go anywhere else.
