I had to open my account here because my employer has a strict policy of opening up a new account for every employer. So I had no choice but to open the account.
And since then, its always been a problem using the walk in services.
Its been 4 years now and I prefer doing only online transactions, and go to the bank only when absolutely necessary.
I had applied in the bank about the ATM card. They told me it shall e delivered in couple of weeks. Guess what, its been over 3 weeks, and Im still waiting.
When I asked the service person, all they do is shuffle me to various desks. And after everytime, waiting for 5-10mins in line for my turn to ask a simple question, I get a reply about to enquire at the next counter. All they did after wasting more than 30-40 mins of my time was tell me the speed post number and told me to enquire at speed post office.
This is the second time it has happened. I pay for it every single time!
