I am extremely sorry to state that Mr. Ram has been calling me for payment since last one week.
I have not been receiving SBI Card statement since last 3 months. Last month I paid against personal delivery of bill by collection dept. Again this month he is calling me for payment without my receiving of bill.
When I informed that I haven’t received my bill, he said this is not our job you talk to billing dept. Sir, for me SBI is SBI , Dept is for your internal working!!!!
Today Mr. Ram has threatened me that he will send recovery person to get the payment. This is how customer at SBI card is being treated over phone.!!! Today there is fight for good customers and one Mr. Ram is dealing like this with good customers.
My limits were raised last December, must be due to my track record. Today I am receiving threatening call from one Mr. Ram from SBI for payment. Very unfortunate. I think you need to teach people how to talk to customers.
I am surrendering all my credit card immediately.Pl. do the needful.
