Few months ago I had opened a savings account in Sbi, I got welcome kit having atm card, net banking, cheque book. But when I try to withdraw money from my atm card I got error every time, I had to borrow money from friend. Later when I visited branch they couldn’t identify the problem and said everything is fine from their end, they told me to try with different atm machines. I tried 4-5 different atm but nothing happened. Later they told me to replace my atm card which was already new, but they said that it might be damaged and asked me to pay 200 for atm replacement charges. I told them to not to replace my atm but close my account. Thats how I got rid of Sbi.
