I am account holder in state bank of india since five years.i had an atm card also for that account but about one month ago .i lost it.
I blocked that card and sbi gave me a ticket no .
Then I went to branch and apllied for new one and told me that u recieved it in 12 days .but I can’ t recieve yet.
When enquiried customer care they replied please contact in bank and bank replied wait more days. I am getting tired from all this.
What is this?
