I am writing this review after banking with SBI for 20 years. They are the most trusted bank in India and has a good network of ATMs as well. However, in all these 20 yrs, their Customer Support has remained the same. You need to visit the branch for every little thing and digitisation is a concept alien to them. They also make some serious blunders but that’s a rare occurrence.
Overall, it’s a trusted bank but with no customer support. Other PSU banks like BOI, Corporation Bank have far better customer support than SBI
