Their reach is far superior than any other govt/private banks. And the way they adopted modern solutions for banking like internet banking, missed call banking, sms banking, Apps etc is truly applaudable.
Coming to the customer service, I didnt face any tough situations till now that are unbearable. They are always striving to make their processes simpler and faster for their customers.
Another great thing about SBI is the number of ATM’s that are present at every nook and corner of not only cities but also tier 3 and 4 cities and village. Overall I am very happy for their services.
