This bank is one of the richest bank and it maintains corers together transactions per day this bank is very popular amound India.
Phone banking is good but it requires more development more options and the theme and diesgns should develop somemore and it is not smoothy work and it is not available offline only missed call banking is available offline.
ATM availability is good but the asks for high minimum balance in our account and it pays high tax for redeeming money from another bank’s ATM.
Interment banking facility is good but when an internent instability occurs it doesn’t works properly and ther is a lack of fear about it.
Very bad customer service, I hate this bank.
