I have not more trust to save my money in private banks so I joined STATE BANK OF INDIA. I have saving account with SBI, This is not good bank according to my experience. They are unable to provide good service to their customers.We can not tolerate one think that is behavior of the Staff in all Branches, not all members but some of them are arrogant, they do not co-operate with the peoples. They are no more interested to help the people. Most of time they have no money in their ATMS.

They have not good customer support. They have very long process to create account in their bank. They have very less Atm as compare to Private banks. Their are very nhuge rush in their Branches due to less counters, most of time they closed some of them. The staff members are very lazy. One good think is that they have various SCHEMES for WOMEN which is very good think.Low interest rates as well. They are providing various LOAN for their customers. They have high security on online banking. Overall it is good but not recommendable. I am not interested to suggest anyone because of their poor service. Please beware from it and chose another bank.
