AS I WANTED TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT IN SBI BANK I WENT THERE I FIND AN NEVER ENDING LINE OF PEOPLE AND THEY ARE SOOOW MUCH UPSET WITH THE SERVICE OF THE EMPLOYYES OF SBI.WHEN I TRIED TO ASK ABOUT THE PROCEDURE OF ACCOUNT OPENING, .WAT DOCUMENT SUD I NEED NO ONE IS THERE TO GUIDE ME AT ALL.AND THEY DONT HAVE MUCH INFORMATION ALSO.M RLY VERY UPSET WITH THEIR NET BANKING FACILITY.IN EVERY CASE U HAVE TO RUN TO UR HOME BRACH WHICH IS RIDICULOUS AND CUMBERSOME FOR ME AS M RESIDING OUT OF MY STATE.IN ONE WORD NOT SATISFACTORY AT ALL.SBI GROUP SHOULD THINK ABOUT THIS HOW THEY CAN IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE.
