Several banks of india doing their job very well but I think state bank of india is poor among all the banks, if we talk about its service which cause only problem and frustation to their custumers becuase of the attitude of employes of bank.
Few days ago I went to the nearby sbi bank for making demand draft it was just afternoon when I entered there was no rule and regulation, the men whose power is more bring their work more easily as compare to boys and the person who have not internal knowledege.
No suitable measures are yet provided for helping of custumers if anycase on asking something their behavior is disappointing.
Internet banking process is little good but the site causes problem in making new account and aslo page reloading takes time.
Their ATM may cuase problem like not supporting in other banches of ATM machine, it also suffers from network problem and lacking of money.
So I will not give advice to open account in this bank on behalf of my personal experience because in this bank you have to only wait, wait and wait.
