I have opened my account in SBI when I was in college but the experience was really very bad.All employee think they are servant of bank and bank will pay free salary to them but they forget bank gave job for customer support.REALLY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
Most of the time ATM is stuck and there was no money .Demonitization has taken place 9 month ago but still this bank is short of money.
Being a public sector bank they also raise minimum account balance limit from 1000 to 2000 rs.Middle class person cannot affort such changes.
I dont recommend this bank to any one.
