State bank of India – the most important bank of India: SBI is the largest government bank of India. The best part is that it has its branches everywhere and the ATM is also easily located which makes it very convenient.
But the procedure of the bank is extremely slow as there is always chaos and long queues for normal tasks like depositing money or making drafts. The staff has a very laidback attitude. ’
Even the manager of the branch I go to is not efficient. I had applied for a new ATM card as I misplaced my old one and I had to wait for more than 30 days. Even the delivery of cheque book takes a lot of time!
