SBI is a Government based bank which really needs to work on many things. The standard are way below par.
Phone Banking - If you want to talk to illiterate and unprofessional representatives, then you should try calling SBI phone banking. IVR doesn’t work most of the times and it takes ages to get connected to the representative. They don’t understand what exactly you are talking about because they really don’t care if you generate any revenue for them or not.
ATM Service - Most of the times OUT OF SERVICE/NO CASH.
Internet Banking - OMG, do they even have Internet banking facility. My dad is an ex army officer and he still reaches out to the local branch to withdraw money every month.
Customer Service - They are lazy and useless.
