Hii all, today I am going to review State Bank Of India. I am a Savings bank account of this bank since 2014. First of all it’s customer service is not perfect. I am using phone banking for mini statement and checking balance. It’s working well. But Internet banking is worst. I am using the State Bank Anywhere app for internet banking. App is very bad. It’s not well responding. ATM availability is good. There are 16 ATM in my home town. Overall the service of this is average. Need some improvement about internet banking.
