I have taken a loan from SBI Housing Loan. I had reviewed all the other prospect loan providers and found that HDFC and SBI are the best. I went for SBI Home loan only due to Max Gain facility.
Currently paying pre-emi, so the control is with RACPC office at Bandra Kurla complex.
Recently I was asked to courier documents for conversion from PRE EMI to EMI. Was told to confirm in 2 days of the status. Its 1 week and found that the documents have not reached the person, (but reached SBI office 1 week back).
Moreover, the amount of times you call people in SBI office, no one cares for customer and plans to pick up calls of customers. They expect customrs to visit their BKC Office and get things done. Moment you go there, things would get done, but one will have to take a day’s leave.
SERVICE IS THE WORST.
After sales service is the worst.
But, found the Branch staff, near to your home, are helpful.
HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE.!
