Unknowingly I made a cash withdrawal on my card .i have paid back my outstanding amount 2days after the withdrawal .Even after 10 days of my transaction that cash withdrawal is still unsettled .god knows if they are going to charge me for their slow services. Extremely poor services of the helpline. They don’t know anything about the cards.after 15 min of waiting they give the information that I can access through my internet account .
