Hai Guys! My first account was taken from SBI. And this account will be continued till now. The bank provide sure and save side of money.SBI provide many types of interest less loans which are useful for common people. SBI also reduce the intetest rate of Gold loan. SBI provides ATM facility and Net Banking feature.
But the rude behaviour of the employees was a negative. Many people came to bank in one day for several need. Some of them had no awareness about the bank procedures and also had many doubts. But the rudeness of officers make their mind down.
SBI provide many modern methods like Machine token taken, self Passbook printing, E- cash, etc. But common people don’t familiar with these modern methods and this created problems. Certain banks can’t seen a counter for Senior Citizens. This counter is very useful for such people who were not stand in queue.
SBI taken money from customers account because of don’t keep minimum balance. This is very cruel nature. SBI was a wonderful bank for keep our money save but this type of selfish, rude rules and behavior of officers takes hates of customers.
