Despite the good schemes and all other offers SBI come up with, they are not worth it intill the staff functions properly interacting with the common public.
I have seen in different branches the behaviour of the the staff seems as they dnt care and are really a pain.
Of you people treat customers as they are a burden, kindly dont forget that due to these people itself you are growing up. on the money of your customers itself.
Here by the only thing I would say is you are going to loose a lot of customers if u dnt dug ur head up and watch up and train your staffs the manners that is missing.
