Low grade service, worst staff & administration

Firstly talking about the services they provide , In my rural branch from past 2 year they keep telling lie about the internet banking to their customers that our branch is rural branch so no internet banking facility present , when I enquired officials about this they deny of any such issue. When you talk to the staff present there they talk in a manner like they are scolding someone, never accept their mistake always. Maximum time when I visit the bank I never saw the complete staff there always 1-2 are on illegal leave or late , sometimes the printing machine is out of service or if machine is ok then operating man is absent


If staff are not willing to work they will keep you rotating from windows to window & desks to desk. ATMs are empty most of the time or out of service. Manager behave like president of united states.Till now am not having internet banking. To link my adhaar I have to meet the manager 5 times, they make the customers feel like beggars & themself they feel like god.
