NEVER MIND ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!!

My dear friends I am pooja gupta, having a very bad experience with this bank. Once I needed to open my own saving account for saving some money. So I contacted to this bank. I had gone in the noontime with my friends named Vikash and Ankit with my own bike, passion pro. We asked that “ I have to open account”. He replied come tomorrow, he could but didn’t after requesting a lot, he filled my form and said me that give me your number, come when I will call you so there we consented but he didn’t call even after one week so in the next week I again went but unfortunately the assistant  was absent who had filled my form so I returned with empty handed on that day also. After two days I again went because I had need it, brother had to send money for me but that day the assistant told I am busy now come, I replied “ hey I am also busy I have made free time but you made my time wasted “ but these words didn’t effect him so I angered and came out and opened my account in “CENTRAL BANK “.


ADVICE AND SUGGESTIONS


MY ALL FRIENDS PLEASE DONOT OPEN ACCOUNT, THERE IS NO PROPER AVAILABILITY OF ATM. IT IS GOOD FOR NET BANKING BUT OTHER BANKS ARE BETTER. ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOTALLY WORST. AND DONOT HAVE GOOD EMPLOYEES. EMPLOYEES HAVENOT WAY TO SPEAK WITH CUSTOMER. IF THIS BANKS UPGRADE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRY TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF EMPLOYEES OR TO UPGRADE THE EMPLOYEES
