Today I’m sharing my experience with this bank.
Friends, I have two accounts in this bank;
1)Savings Account;
2)Vyapar Account.
Friends, first of all SBI’s new rule of Savings account is you have to maintain your minimum balance respectively 5, 000rs.; 3, 000rs. and 1, 000rs. & if you not do that, then your account balance will be debited without your permission. So if someone had opened a/c at zero balance, then they have to suffer.
Secondly, on Vyapar a/c, experience with net banking is so much pathetic. Normally you have to suffer with this.
Thus, ATM service is somehow good.
Phone banking, as I told you, so much painful.
moreover, customer service isn’t good.
