I faced many many problems due to this bank service.its a largest bank sector in India and we can see many where in even small towns and villages we can find this bank so I had an account.the a/c where I hold staff member behavior with customers is too worst. Not only with me but with village people they behave like too worst. As they showing too much carelessness and attitude towards a village customer and not explaining what he asking I felt really very bad.i don't how this type of employee get recruited in Sbi. As a bank wise Sbi is good bank but the service they provide is very bad.Compare to Sbi other private banks provide very good service and if we call to customer care they tell us to visit branch for even small issue too the answer us to visit branch.they never ever responded properly to customers.better to go for private banks.
