Hai friends I am here to share a personal experience
I am very glad to get a SBI international ATM card but for the activation I need to go to branch, when I reach there the staff response me very hurting
They asked me that your account have a low balance, then why you act like a joker,
Why you need a international ATM card.
They also told me you can’t go out of this state because you don’t have money for that poor boy, just close your account because you cant treat our service charges
They thought I am a fool
The staff who are the base stones of a bank, but In sbi they think that they are ghe god and customers are their slave
They consider only the customers who have huge amount of transactions and FD, lower income customers are out of their consideration
Friends try to avoid sbi transaction and take an account in federal bank or any other bank they treat customers are very precious one and no partiality
I think private sector banks provide innovative digital banking with less service charges
