Hi my name is suhas mendhe and today I am going ti share my exoerience on state bank of India which is one of the biggest bank in our country.
The phone banking and its registration is very slow process in this bamk because my account has opened in last month still my phone number is not registered yet.
The atm service and net banking is quite good but not best as we expect from this big bank.
The customer service is very poor because they even not response to any my calls and mails may be because of too much customer they have or may be of that they dont care because they have too much customer
So this is my experience with sbi
