I swear to my mother, for me sbi is the worst bank ever, they have a worst customer service policy, I ordered a laptop with amazon.ca and then it cancelled by amazon because seller left the amazon and so after a while they remove their authorization from my money and successfully refunded my money but no sbi person, no customer executive nor manager trying to help, just saying if it comes, it will, i’m providing them a transition code what amazon gave me to show it to them but nothing, they are so busy with their life and refusing to understand my problem, they don’t know how hard have I earn those money
