When it comes to reliability I will always choose SBI over any other bank. I have faced nithing but flawless service from their end. Yes they can be a bit particular about their paper work at the beginning but in order to provide good service to one’s customers one must build a foundation of trust. That is one servixe that SBI does provide. Yes their interest rates are lower but I sleep soundly knowing my money is in safe hands every night.
